day 106

It was so windy today I tried to take my camera out and nearly got blown over. But I did manage to snap a few from a bluebonnet field. They are not as plentiful as other years, but still pretty.

Beautiful! Love the large view of the field with the bluebonnets and red (is that devil's paintbrush?). The second shot, with just the one red in it, is really effective. For a windy day, you got some good stuff.

These are stunning! I've never seen bluebonnets in real life. I love that 2nd shot with the one pinkish orangish bloom amidst the blue ones! Out of place, like I am feeling tonight.

What a great time of year for you Texans. I had no idea there were ever any other colors of a bluebonnet, or is that a different kind of flower? So pretty!

Oh how beautiful! It would be tough on a windy day, but I'm managed you got some shots for us to vicariously go visit TX!
